Strike It! Is a new magazine for young, football-mad boys.
Aimed at five-to 12-year-olds, the magazine contains the latest news and rumours, in-depth fact files on players and teams, quizzes and puzzles, competitions and games.
It also has guides to the latest football paraphernalia and every issue comes with a free gift, including Panini football stickers and trading cards.
The first issue has an initial print run of 95,000 copies and the magazine is expected to generate £1.2m in annual retail sales value.
The launch is being backed by a huge publicity campaign, including online and print advertising and a sampling campaign.
