Augmented Reality for Bin Weevils

Bin Weevils is one of the most popular collectables in recent years, and now this new addition brings a worlds first for enthusiasts.

Bin Weevils is a spin off of a kids' social networking game, which has spawned the hit Bin Weevils Magazine.

The brand is now being refreshed, and with that are new packs which contain a range of trading cards in glitter and foil finishes, but also 25 code cards giving the owner access to exclusive on line content.  An additional feature is the inclusion of 10 augmented reality cards, which will allow collectors to access video and audio clips through their smartphone.

The launch of the new cards is being supported with samples in newspapers and popular kid's magazines.  So look out for the new Bin Weevils cards in magazines soon.

New Launch : Let's Learn Magazine

Following on from the success of the "It's..." series of magazines and Girls Love, Signature Publishing is launching a new title called "Let's Learn Magazine".

"It's..." magazine is aimed at children aged 6, and the new launch "Let's Learn" will be aimed at pre-school age children.

Each issue will feature a well known brand or theme for kids between the ages of 3-5 years old.  The launch edition will have everything kids need to live out their fantasies of becoming a pirate.

Summer Special : The Cricketer Magazine

The July issue of The Cricketer magazine is looking ahead to this summers Ashes contest between England and Austraila with a special edition.  It will include an exclusive interview with Graeme Swann and the chance for readers to win tickets to the first Test at Trent Bridge on 10 July.  There is also a look at what to expect from the tourists and a feature on the challenges facing county cricket.

Summer Special : Outdoor Fitness Magazine

This summer special will be a Tour de France special, focussing on the 3 week long race which starts on the 29th June.  Outdoor Fitness magazine will be putting it's own unique spin on the gruelling event and examining the physical condition of the riders and the strain they put on their bodies over more than 2000 miles.

The 32 page feature will be promoted with a reversible cover, i.e. a different cover on each side of the magazine.  This will be a collectable edition for fans of the magazine and the Tour de France.



Free Gift : Strike It Magazine

Strike It! Magazine, the monthly primary school aged boys football magazine will come with three packets of Pannini's latest soccer trading cards, XL Adrenalyn Road to the 2014 World Cup.

The collection of trading cards looks forward to the coming World Cup tournament in Brazil next summer.

Double Issue : Monocle

Big Competition : Take a Break Crossword Collection

The July edition of Take A Break Crossword Collection, on sale 13th June, will feature a competition giving readers the chance to win more than £2500 of gold sovereigns.

Special Edition: Juxtapoz

The June issue of Juxtapoz magazine marks the one year anniversary of the death of Beatie Boys founding member Adam Yauch with a special issue looking back at the history of the hip hop group, looking at the influence the group has had on art and culture.

The issue also features interviews with another founding member, Adam Horowitz, about each of the Beastie Boys albums and their covers.

The magazine is out now, with a cover price of £4.20.
